Processing & Dispatch Times


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may increase slightly — we appreciate your patience and will always do our best to ship orders ASAP.


Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking (where available).

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery


Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.


If a parcel is returned to us due to:


incorrect/incomplete shipping details, or


failed delivery attempts,


you may need to pay a re-delivery fee to resend the parcel.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party postal/courier services.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us and we will assist where possible.


If your parcel arrives damaged, please email [your support email] within 48 hours of delivery and include:


your order number, and


photos of the packaging and damaged items.
